All items from Designs by Emily are custom made to order, created specifically according to the details you provide. Because each product is personalised, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or change‑of‑mind cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all spelling, colours, sizes, and design choices carefully before submitting your order. Production begins shortly after purchase, and we are unable to make changes once work has started.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you promptly. We will happily remake or replace any item that does not match the details provided on your order form.
